What We Look For
We value technical depth, curiosity, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to clients. Relevant backgrounds include building science, mechanical or architectural engineering, energy systems, thermography, and instrumentation. Familiarity with simulation software, data acquisition systems, or drone operations is an asset.
